- All Medallion at Menards Deluxe and Premium cabinetry will ship via Free Home Delivery Service.
- All cabinet orders qualify for Free Home Delivery. There is no minimum cabinet order.
- Upon order placement, an estimated delivery date is provided via acknowledgment.
- Guest is contacted via toll free number 1-3 days after purchase to schedule actual production and delivery date. Email address is requested to provide written confirmation of delivery information.
- If a reschedule is required, the Guest should call Medallion Customer Care Logistics Department as soon as possible. Delivery date cannot be changed once production begins.
- Home deliveries occur from 7 am – 7 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Guest will receive a call 2-5 days prior to the scheduled delivery date and are provided a 4 hour delivery window.
- Guest will receive a call from the carrier, as a reminder, the night before the scheduled delivery date.
- Carrier will contact Guest 30 – 60 minutes prior to arrival. Upon arrival, cabinets will be placed in the first available dry interior space. Guest will be provided with a Proof of Delivery to confirm all items ordered are received and there is no damage from shipping.
- Please note: If home delivery is not possible, orders may be delivered to a Menards location. However, store deliveries will incur a $75 fee by that Menards store.
